목련 예수 / 정연복

 

하얀 날개의 목련 새가

꿈같이 며칠 머물다가

 

총총 떠나간 자리마다

눈부신 연초록 잎

 

한참을

보고 있으니

 

문득 느껴지는

목련 새의 영혼.

 

몸은 십자가에

달려 죽었지만

 

애틋한 사랑의 추억으로

사람들의 기억 속에

 

되살아 오는

나사렛 예수를 보는 듯.
