희망의 보리차 / 정연복

 

물 2리터에 10그램짜리 보리 티백

하나를 주전자에 넣고  


십여 분쯤 끓인 다음 식히면

보리차가 완성된다.  


티백은 물의 양의

200분의 1밖에 안 되는데도  


옅은 갈색의 구수한

보리차를 만들어내는 거다.  


인생살이에서 희망은

보리 티백과 마찬가지  


작아도 견고한 희망 하나로

삶 전체의 빛깔과 맛이 달라진다.
